Sea Urchin Sting Treatment

1.Immerse the affected area in water as hot as you can tolerate for about 30-90 minutes.

2.Immerse or flush the affected area in/with vinegar to dilute stings toxin.

3.Use tweezer to remove any large spines in the wound.

4.Scrub the wound with soap and water followed by extensive flushing with fresh water.

5.Do not close the wound with tape or glue skin.

6.Relieve pain with the recommended doses of Paracetamol every 4hours and/or Ibuprofen every 6-8 hours.
