Monkey Bite Wound First Aid

1.Immediately clean the wound by flushing with clean water, soap  or detergent for 15 minutes.

*** Do not use sea water which would increase risk of infection.

2.If monkey saliva contact with eye, mouth or wound, immediately flush the affected area with more than or equal to 2 liters of normal saline or drinking water .

3.Consult with doctor for proper management.

*Note : Rabies is the most dangerous virus with 100% mortality rate, we are highly recommend that you get health check up in case of monkey bite wound.
